Terms of Service

1. The service

App Revenue estimates the approximate monthly downloads and revenue of mobile applications using publicly available signals (such as store listings, ratings, and reviews). The App is an informational tool.

2. No affiliation

App Revenue is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple, Google, or any application or developer shown in the App. All app names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) and comply with the applicable app store terms to use the App.

4. Free usage & limits

The App offers a limited number of free queries (app estimates) per day. These quotas are described in the App and may change over time. Exceeding the free limit may require a subscription or watching an advertisement.

5. Subscriptions, purchases & billing

• Premium access is offered as weekly and monthly auto-renewing subscriptions, and as a one-time lifetime purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel anytime in your store account settings.
• Prices are shown in the App and may vary by region and change over time.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their respective policies; we generally cannot issue refunds directly.
• The “lifetime” option is a one-time payment granting premium access for the operational lifetime of the App.

6. Advertisements

The free version of the App displays advertisements (via Google AdMob). Purchasing any subscription or the lifetime option removes ads. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising data is handled.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App;
• scrape, overload, or attempt to access our backend services or APIs in an unauthorized manner;
• circumvent free usage limits, paywalls, or security measures;
• resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the App’s data or estimates without permission;
• use the App for any unlawful purpose.

8. Intellectual property

The App, its design, logo, and the estimation methodology are owned by Orion Dijital. Public store data shown in the App belongs to the respective app owners and platforms.

9. Service availability

The App is provided on an “as available” basis. We may add, change, or discontinue features at any time. Estimates depend on the availability and accuracy of third-party public data, which we do not control.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The App and all content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orion Dijital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on estimates or decisions made using the App.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts of İzmir, Türkiye shall have jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
